Welcome to the Guest Services Real Team!
This course is designed to help every Guest Services team member understand the basics of hospitality and what it means to serve guests well. Through seven short videos, you'll learn how to create great first impressions, communicate clearly, recognize and respond to guest needs, and work together as a cohesive team to create a welcoming experience.
This course provides the foundational principles of Guest Services. As part of your onboarding, be sure to connect with your Campus Coach or Ministry Leader for role-specific training and campus protocols, including processes such as Blue Bucket pathways or upcoming campus events or initiatives.
