[BETA] Kids Ministry Leadership Track

This course is designed to prepare people to step into a leadership role in Sandal Church Kids.

Module #1 (in person only): Learn how to become the kind of leader people choose to follow.

Module #2: Learn how to set clear expectations for the members of your team and equip them to be successful in their individual roles.

Module #3 (Release Date: February 26): Learn how to build community on your team and care for each person on an individual level.

Module #4 (release date TBD): Learn how to evaluate the effectiveness of your team and address the areas that need to be improved.

Module #5 (release date TBD): Learn how to grow a team through recruiting new team members and developing them.
